Returns
At Lucien Uriano, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must:

Show no signs of wear, damage, alteration, or washing
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Pre-Order Cancellations
All orders placed during July 2026 are pre-orders and will be shipped within the first 7 days of August 2026.
You may cancel your pre-order free of charge at any time before August 1st, 2026. To request a cancellation, contact us at support@lucienuriano.com with your order number and we will process a full refund within 5-7 business days.
Once an order has been shipped, it will be subject to the standard returns process outlined in this policy.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

In these cases, Lucien Uriano will cover the return shipping costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
