As part of the launch of our inaugural collection, the month of July is exclusively reserved for pre-orders. This dedicated pre-order period allows us to perfect every aspect of the Lucien Uriano experience — from craftsmanship and presentation to final quality control — ensuring that every customer receives the standard of luxury we are committed to delivering.


Pre-Order Period

All orders placed during July 2026 are confirmed and secured in our first production release.

Your purchase guarantees your place in the inaugural Lucien Uriano collection.


Shipping Timeline

Once the July pre-order period has concluded, all confirmed orders will be dispatched within the first 7 days of August 2026.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.


Delivery

As all July 2026 orders are pre-orders, please note the following total delivery timelines from the date of purchase:

  • United Kingdom: Estimated delivery by mid-August 2026 (dispatch within first 7 days of August + 3-7 business days delivery)
  • Belgium & Germany: Estimated delivery by mid-August 2026 (dispatch within first 7 days of August + 1-3 business days delivery)
  • United States & North America: Estimated delivery by late August 2026 (dispatch within first 7 days of August + 7-14 business days delivery, subject to customs)

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your personal tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for your tracking information to become active after dispatch.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.

Lucien Uriano cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted at the time of purchase.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or cannot be located after the expected delivery date, please contact us at support@lucienuriano.com within 7 days.

We will liaise directly with the courier to investigate and work toward a resolution as swiftly as possible.


Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, unforeseen delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

Lucien Uriano cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier after an order has been dispatched. We will however keep you informed should any significant delay arise.
